COVID-19 Autumn Booster Campaign

Harness PCN has now started the COVID-19 Autumn Booster 2024 Campaign.

Vaccine in use:

Spikevax JN1 (Moderna) and Comirnaty JNI (Pfizer) will be the vaccines supplied for the Covid-19 campaign. 

Eligible cohorts:

  • Adults aged 65 years and over
  • Residents in care homes for older adults
  • Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed (as defined in the Green Book, chapter 14a; tables 3 and 4)
  • Frontline health and social care workers and staff working in care homes for older adults

Clinic Dates:

  • Every Wednesdays (13:00-18:00) at Wembley Centre for Health and Care, HA0 4UZ
  • Every Thursdays (14:00-18:00) at Park Royal Medical Practice, NW10 7NS
  • Every Saturdays (09:00-17:30) at Park Royal Medical Practice, NW10 7NS
  • Every Saturdays (10:00-16:30) at Wembley Centre for Health and Care, HA0 4UZ
